Founder WFFT

Edwin Wiek is Dutch-born and moved to Asia in 1989. After setting up his fashion business from 1989 he had a car accident in 1999, after which he decided to make his childhood dream reality, setting up an animal rights movement and rescue abused and threatened wildlife in Thailand and beyond. With his slogan “The only difference between a dream and a target, is the existence of a plan” he founded the Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand, or WFFT, in 2001. Read More
